The IT industry: still a rather male-dominated field today. We as syniotec and as agents of change are proud to show that things can be done differently.
In the beginning of 2020, we founded our own branch in Georgia: The syniotec TechHub in Tbilisi. Since then, it has been growing steadily, both in terms of tasks and personnel. Starting with three employees at the beginning, we are now proud of our 45 developers who constantly optimize SAM and create new innovations!
But not only that. The IT industry has been male-dominated for years, with women making up less than 25 percent of the workforce. The bitkom study also shows that the smaller the company, the smaller the proportion of women.
In the meantime, many companies are setting themselves corresponding goals to promote diversity in the team and to increase the proportion of women accordingly. And so are we.
It makes us all the more proud to represent this as a start-up. There are now 9 permanent female employees in our TechHub. In addition to female developers, we also represent female project managers and HR managers. Following, we are honored to introduce our women at TechHub!
