The IT sector: still a rather male-dominated field today. That has to change! We are proud to show in our syniotec TechHub that there is another way.
At the beginning of 2020, we founded our own subsidiary in Georgia: The syniotec TechHub in Tbilisi. Since then, it has been growing steadily, both in terms of tasks and personnel. With three employees at the beginning, we are now proud to have 45 developers who are constantly optimizing SAM and creating new innovations!
But not only that. The IT sector has been male-dominated for years, with women making up less than 25 percent of the workforce. The bitkom study also shows that the smaller the company, the smaller the proportion of women.
Many companies are now setting themselves goals to promote diversity in the team and increase the proportion of women accordingly. So do we.
It makes us all the prouder to represent this as a start-up. There are now a few permanent employees in our TechHub. In addition to female developers, we also represent female project managers and HR managers. We are honored to present our women at TechHub!
